Where to Brunch in Fairfield County

0

A table full of brunch foods.Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? Pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit…But let’s face it, most days, we’re grabbing a granola bar or half-eaten piece of fruit as we rush out the door each morning. And let’s not forget about that cold cup of coffee left sitting on the counter that’s been reheated multiple times. If your kids are like mine, they ask for snacks non-stop until lunchtime rolls around, and then they need to be fed again. Sandwiches? Soup? Mac-n-Cheese? You name it, and they are asking for it.

That’s why I love the weekends. It’s when we slow down (just a little bit) and don’t need to rush. We do more things together as a family. In between the birthday parties and soccer games, it’s always fun for us to go out to eat. So the invention of Brunch solves the mealtime battle – a combo of breakfast and lunch leaves everyone happy! Especially this mama, who doesn’t have to do any clean-up afterward!

Here is a roundup of the Fairfield County Mom Contributor Team’s favorite local spots for Brunch (with or without the kiddos).
