Reasons to Celebrate: Fun and off-beat holidays to celebrate this month

I’m a sucker when it comes to throwing a party for my daughter. Give me a theme and I’ll run with it for miles.I simply can’t get enough – it’s an excuse to do something fun and often educational; and it gives me a chance to be creative.

A few years ago, I came across a website listing unique and interesting holidays, and I’ve had it on the back of mind knowing that one day my daughter would be old enough and able to help me celebrate some of these days. What have we celebrated so far?
