Yesterday was the third and final play date in our simple summer fun series and it was a blast! We met for a fun and messy pudding painting play date at Cranbury Park in Norwalk. Kids of all ages had the best time painting with colored pudding. It was quite cute to watch all the kids test out their various techniques painting with pudding. Some children chose to use paint brushes, bubble wrap, sponges, toy cars, marbles, or several different kitchen tools. AND of course many children chose to paint with fist fulls of pudding! The children also enjoyed playing on the the large playscape; especially racing down the huge tunneled slide. As always moms had a blast meeting up with both new and old friends and playing along with the kids. The thing that makes any play date a success is great food! We started off with healthy energy bars, chipotle chickpeas, and 100% juices from Palmwich, and ended with yummy specialty FruLala cupcakes. Everyone had a fantastic time!
