Love Has a Home, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. They believe that through the power of love, they can create a world of compassion, kindness, peace and a healthy, thriving planet. With increasing political turbulence, wars with no end in sight, and the challenges of climate change, the need to take action is urgent.
In the spirit of Gandhi’s words, “Be the change you want to see,” they believe that by proactively spreading a message of love out into the world, we will have a more positive impact and a better chance to bring that about. To that end, they have created (and will continue to create) a line of products that contain the phrase, “Love Has a Home Here.” Whoever chooses to wear or display this message is declaring that love is within them, or their home, or their workplace, or wherever the message is found. Within this light of love, darkness cannot exist.
On May 11, Love Has a Home is publicly launching these products and their mission at the Westport Women’s Club from 7-9 p.m. They are striving to create a movement in which people declare love over fear, compassion over intolerance, and peace over conflict. Rather than fight against what we don’t want, we will be more effective by becoming what we do want. Change starts from within.
