2019 is officially here and Fairfield County Moms Blog wants to help you stay healthy and fit this winter. We have planned an exciting 2019 fitness event series that will give you the opportunity to start exploring the fantastic fitness, health and wellness providers throughout Fairfield County.
This winter we will host new and unique fitness events around Fairfield County for as little as $7 per person. These all female classes are available to moms and their friends. Each ticket includes a fitness class followed by refreshments. Giveaways and special promotions for attendees will also be offered at each fitness event. Tickets are limited and quantities will vary depending on the location. So mark your calendars and come get fit this winter with FC Moms Blog!

Join Fit4Mom Fairfield County for a fun Stroller Barre® class. It is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The best part is you can bring along your kiddos in the stroller! The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
After the class cool down with water and protein bars and get to know the other moms. Each attendee will receive one free week of classes and one lucky winner will receive a month of free classes!
Get Fit with F45 Training Fairfield

F45 Training combines elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. Join Fit4Mom Fairfield County for a fun fitness event at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center. Body back workout offers a high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout. Specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential. These workouts will help you increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. Most importantly, it will help moms unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. It is a 50 minute workout with meditation and stretching at the end.
