Get Fit with Upper Deck Fitness

Upper Deck Fitness

Join us as we try a Mat Pilates class. This physical fitness system is often used in the training of dancers and gymnasts. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops the core. A series of floor exercises will teach you how to properly support your body through your “center.” Excellent work for establishing a mind/body connection. Stick around after class to meet up with some new mom friends and enjoy coffee, fruit and Kind bars. Upper Deck will be offering all attendees a 7-day free class pass that can be used for classes at their Stamford and/or Westport location AND for their live stream classes. To be used over 7 consecutive days and must be redeemed by March 31st.
