Body Back Week 8: The Results Are In

So, the results are in….and there better than I expected! My hard work has paid off, and I am so proud to report that my successes have surpassed my expectations. I want to give a special thank you to Shanae and my husband, Brien. Without either of you cheering me on the whole time, I don’t think I would have had results as exciting as these!

Here are my results:

Weight lost: 15.6 lbs.

Inches lost: 9.75 in.

Sit-ups: 1/2 a sit up to 10 sit-ups in one minute

Bicep curls: 21 to 32 in one minute

Push-ups: 6 to 15 in one minute

Squats: 24 to 36 in one minute

Plank: went from holding for 38 seconds to one minute and 15 seconds.

Side Plank: went from holding for 21 seconds to 42 seconds

.75 mile run: went from 7:15 to 5:47
