Fairfield County Moms Blog had the honor of attending the New York Baby Show this past weekend with Westchester County Moms Blog as part of the 4th annual Blogger Lounge. The event was amazing and very family-friendly. We had the opportunity to meet over 150 companies that provide products and services for moms and babies. In one convenient location at Pier 94 in Manhattan, FCMB got to check out must-have mom products and services. It was really neat to see new innovative products and technology that will make all of our lives easier in the future.
There were so many great products and services, it was really hard to narrow down our favorites for you. These 3 products highlighted below are definitely must-haves for any expecting or new moms in your life.
Newcastle Classics Swaddles
Muslin swaddles are a staple for any new mom and baby since they are so versatile and can be used as a stroller cover, nursing cover, burp cloth, blanket, and so much more. We were really amazed at La Petite Creme’s French Diapering Lotion that replaces baby wipes AND diaper cream. In France, it isn’t the norm to use disposable baby wipes and diaper cream at every diaper change, but rather to use lotion in their place. French babies don’t use baby wipes on a regular basis and their babies get less diaper rashes because of it. Their diapering lotion contains no fragrance, harsh chemicals, and no preservatives. It is hypoallergenic and pediatrician approved. The only ingredients in the lotion are olive oil, water, beeswax, vegetable glycerin, vitamin E, and limestone. We were so impressed!
