Even though these are the top baby names I actually don’t know any baby or toddler with the names on the girls’ list. I know a few tots with the names on the boys list, though. I decided to see how popular my daughter’s name, Lena, is compared to these names. The website nameberry.com has a fun tool that allows you to type your child’s name and it calculates how popular it is. Lena came up as #279 in the U.S.
How popular is your child’s name? When coming up with a baby name, do you stray from the popular names?
